Vyse Agent Guide

Valorant Vyse

Are you having trouble finding using Vyse in valorant?

Well u have come to the right place. Here at Valorant guidance will teach u how to play Vyse in valorant while also giving tips and tricks on how to use her

Within the game, agents are broken down into four general roles: Sentinels, Controllers, Initiators, and Duelists. These roles are then broken down into more specialised positions such as Support, In-game Leader, Entry Fragger, Lurker, Recon, and Crowd Control.

Vyse is Valorant's twenty-sixth Agent. This new Protocol recruit is a tactician at heart, with stealth skills. As a Sentinel , she's built to guard a site single-handedly. And she does it well!

Before anything else, we advise you to familiarize yourself with Vyse’s skills.

Vyse is an interesting Sentinel since she is almost as useful in Attack as she is in Defense . Thanks to her kit, she can play passively on the sites, but also be more aggressive when necessary and even take on the role of initiator if the latter has already fallen in combat.

Metallic pink

Vyse skill - Arc Rose / Metallic Rose

Metallic Rose is the ability that makes Vyse a rather unique Sentinel. With this flash, she can provide a lot of information to her team , regardless of the current side. When using your rose, you can place it in front of you on a surface – at a more or less long distance – or place it through said surface . If necessary, it is possible to retrieve it to reposition it, but after a 20s cooldown.

Razorvine

Vyse can equip a nest of liquid metal that looks like a pile of brambles. Once you throw it in a certain location it goes invisible similar to a Killjoy nanoswarm. However, unlike the nanoswarm, it triggers a slowing effect first when you detonate it. After the nest is triggered, it activates into an extended razorvine. The affected area slows and damages enemies who walk through it. Vyse can buy and use two of them per round. This can be an ideal trap ability for the latest sentinel in Valorant.

Shear

Just like other sentinels, Vyse also has her block-the-enemies ability. Shear is a wall ability that works like a trap. Vyse can place a wall trap on any wall. Once an enemy crosses this path, a wall appears behind them. This wall can be a crucial part of the abilities of Vyse in Valorant. When we initially saw the teaser of Vyse, we saw a wall and the anticipation was how it would be different than a Sage wall. Well, the Vyse wall is indestructible and can separate enemies as soon as they cross it. After a certain duration, the wall goes away.

Steel Garden

Vyse’s ultimate is what we see in her reveal trailer towards the end. Vyse can throw a liquid metal bramble at a location. This creates a metal thorn bramble maze in the location. After a brief duration, the brambles erupt and affect any enemy within its range. The erupted brambles put a vice grip on the enemy’s primary weapons. This forces them to use secondary weapons for a brief duration. However, there will not be any effect on the enemy’s movement, status, or abilities. So, carrying some good secondary might be useful.

And that’s everything you should know about the abilities of Vyse, Valorant’s newest sentinel agent coming later this week. What do you think about her ability kit? Do you think playing sentinels will feel fresh with her? Tell us your thoughts in the comments. If u are still confused watch this guide on how to play Vyse.
